Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-returnable items:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@yoursdeals.store with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
- We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yoursdeals.store with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
We will offer you a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and cover all shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. Please email us as soon as possible at support@yoursdeals.store.
EU Consumer Rights
As a customer in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). This means you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at support@yoursdeals.store before the 14-day period expires.
