Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to all European Union countries and selected European countries, including:

Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Poland, Spain, Italy, and more.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Customs & Import Duties

Most orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs fees. However, for orders shipped to non-EU countries (such as Norway or Switzerland), local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@yoursdeals.store and we will investigate immediately. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
